Question: Do your products have any colour variations and come ready to hang?
Answer: Colour variations may apply due to different material elements and enhancements. *Canvas prints are stretched over a wooden frame and come ready to hang. They are suitable for indoor use or covered patio area. Our corrugated iron designs are suitable for indoor/outdoor use. You also have the option to purchase the canvas prints only and do your own framing.
Question: Do you come out and install corrugated iron prints?
Answer: We currently don't install corrugated iron prints to any fixture. Our suggestion would be to ask a home handyman to assist here. If you do need specific holes drilled into the print, we can do this once you have provided us with the exact measurements.
Question: How do I care for my canvas cushion cover?
Answer: Canvas cushion covers are machine washable in cold or warm water. A gentle wash cycle is preferable and to be dried flat in the shade or on a clothes line away from the sun.
Question: Will you let me know when proceeds are donated to African Parks?
Answer: Yes we will be sending out monthly newsletters to keep customers updated on our progress.
Question: Can I put my canvas cushion outside in the sun?
Answer: Canvas cushion prints are not okay for direct outdoor use and exposure to direct sunlight will cause the designs to deteriorate rapidly. They should be displayed indoors or an undercover patio/verandah if using for an outdoor setting.
Question: Do you currently ship overseas?
Answer: At the moment we are shipping in Australia only, if you do have an international order that you would like to make. Contact us directly.
Question: Do you offer free postage for any of your products?
Answer: If you spend over AUD250.00 on any of our products free postage will apply. Within Australia only.
Question: Do cushion covers come with inserts?
Answer: We supply the cushion cover only. Reason is due to people having allergic reactions to certain inserts or prefer different alternatives if being used for a child's room.
Question: If I am unhappy with my product what should I do?
Answer: Please contact us within 24 hrs of the product arriving to advise us of any issues.
